We have had Avectra NetForum Pro for five years and it has been a learning experience. Our implementation took over a year and a half with the little training we received. Once the system was implemented we have had to come up with creative ways to work around limitations. For example, we were not able to use the one member card template that the system provided as it did not include all of the information that our organization requires on its member cards. This required us to create a query, export the information and do a mail merge. Our experience with Avectra's customer service has been slow to non-responsive and when questions have been answered they are geared to a very inexperienced user (did you click on save?). Overall, the system does allow us to catch most of our data in one location but has increased staff time/resources in completing work and we have had to change processes to accommodate the systems limitations.
