We have to test the system before they roll out any upgrades, once they roll out the upgrades there is no simple, timely way to make changes to programming. So if I don't test the event module - because I don't have a current event to set up, then the roll out happens and the module doesn't work- too bad - until the next upgrade. Customer service is slow.
