Our Association needed a joint member database and website solution that would not break the bank and after looking at several, we chose Timberlake. They have been very responsive and helpful during our changeover to their software. Their customer service is always helpful, friendly and quick. I absolutely love their website software! It is incredibly easy to make changes and update your webpages. And the calendar on your homepage does not require your constant maintenance, because once the date passes of an event, it automatically drops off your calendar! Nothing like having an event listed 2 months after it has taken place to make your web page look as if no one even checks it. The data conversion went flawlessly. We have had no trouble with any missing data. Their report builder, where you can pull specific information, is a little awkward, but it does pull the info you ask for! The database has plenty of customizable fields and we are still tweaking it to make it the most useful for us. Every association has different needs and items that you want to track, so carefully plan your fields and this process will be easy. Any new software has a learning curve, but we have been able to jump right in with very little slowdown of our day-to-day activities. We are definitely a Timberlake fan, and I plan to keep tuning in to all their new features and monthly webinars.
