Customer service: WeÃve had many issues with customer service. Trouble tickets get closed without being resolved or fall into the abyss until we repeatedly prompt for status. TheyÃve made several promises to correct the situation but we never really saw a major change. Reliability: The system requires often starting/stopping of services or server reboots. Would not call this a stable install. Clients are slow. Ease of use: The only thing I have to compare it to is the A+ system before GoMembers went to a browser-based .NET environment, and I saw a significant drop in usability. Lost the ability to quickly move through work flows, now have to click links, wait for it to save, etcà Customization: We have added sever customizations to the product, which is common with AMS systems. They are an issue when upgrading, also common across all AMS systems. Expensive.
