We host MemberMax internally and are an Association Management Company, we've had up to 14 different clients hosted in our environment. The system if very flexible and allows us to customize features for each of our different clients. We also do quite a bit of customization on the website pieces. We use a few of the built in reports, but mostly use the Ad Hoc reports and output our data. You are able to search on just about any field within MemberMax so pulling up the data you want is fairly easy. The main issue we have had is that when we purchase a customization there is usually a delay in the delivery. It doesn't always fall in the time line that it is needed in. But on the plus side, usually the delay is due to testing, so when you do get the new feature it usually works. The staff is fairly responsive and we don't get charged every time we make a request for assistance.
