We just upgraded to the newest Timberlake version and I love it! It is extremely user friendly and has many beneficial features: the event dashboard and one click reports, Multi-channel messaging with the click of a box or two and direct member login from the admin portal. Not only is the platform great, but my project manager, Scott Crockett did an exceptional job of handling the upgrade efficiently and expertly.
