This product is sold as all inclusive, but has several modules that are useless. The random errors, bugs, and non-working components are overwhelming. When reported, the answer is it will be "fixed" in the next scheduled update, but often times the problems continue. The potential for a good AMS is there, if the company would just take the advise of the end users who work with the system everyday.
