I had selected and am using YourMembership as the platform of choice because of the combination of benefits and features for the price as well as the allowed number of records. I created a new association in the science sector 4 years ago with a very low budget and YourMembership allowed me to use it to build my prospect database to over 50,000 records, use it as my website, use the payment gateway and therefore also use it to take event registrations. 

The responsiveness of the support staff has been very good, they are bot fast and competent. 

The one downside is the actual performace from an uptime perspective. It seems there is more downtime for the system than should be expected but it as yet has not been a real issue.
