My organization uses ClearVantage organization inventory functionality to collect and track member equipment data for certification and dues calculation purposes. This includes tracking audit due dates and completion for hundreds of member companies. We have really enjoyed the flexibility of this system, and the experience we've had with the company support staff. Furthermore, this is our second year using the system and it has helped us streamline our internal processes and centralize membership data for the staff. The biggest challenge with this system is that it intimidated some of the staff during training. It looks complicated at first, but they relaxed eventually after they started using it because the system is intuitive.
