The AMS landscape is evolving rapidly. With the ever-changing nature of technology, older comments can sometimes provide a skewed view to the person seeking feedback. Archived reviews are more than 60 months old, and aren't counted towards the average five star ratings or percent recommended.

We just put our AMS in time out.

My organization currently uses Act (version 6.0). I believe there is a newer version available, but at this time we are deciding not to go forward with the upgrade. Act itself seems a bit dated in general, and using it is not intuitive. There are a lot of steps needed to pull reports, etc. Active members and cancelled members are also kept in two separate areas, so you have to open up different lists to make these searches. In my opinion, I would prefer to be able to do look for current and past members all within the same place. Again, we are using an older version so this is something that could possibly have been fixed.
