YourMembership Review - Mixed Feelings

Our association has used YourMembership since 2008, but we have very mixed feelings about it. While it does offer a lot of features (blogs, forums, surveys, etc.), the backend is very outdated. Whenever they add a new feature, it always seems it's at a hefty price tag. One of our biggest pain points is our website. In order to make it mobile friendly, they want to charge us exorbitant rates. While YM has served us relatively well over the past years, we are looking for a new, more updated system.
