The AMS landscape is evolving rapidly. With the ever-changing nature of technology, older comments can sometimes provide a skewed view to the person seeking feedback. Archived reviews are more than 60 months old, and aren't counted towards the average five star ratings or percent recommended.

We brought on an Association in January who had just started using StarChapter about six months prior. Unfortunately, the additional time and effort it takes to fix glitches in the system tack on hours and hours of unnecessary work. Instead of simplifying our ability to manage the membership of this organization, we're constantly apologizing to our members for things that have gone wrong with the system. The functionality is not where it needs to be and every time we ask about how to implement an easier way to do certain things, we receive a, "we're going to keep that in mind for the future" response. It has been incredibly frustrating and we're looking forward to finding a more reliable solution for our AMC. I would not recommend StarChapter for organizations with complex membership structures who have a variety of dues structures that need to be easily adjusted. I can only speak for us, but it may work for simpler, smaller groups who don't need additional tailored functionality.
