ACGI Platform and Service Review

ACGI as a platform meets most of our needs with out-of-the-box technology. While it can be customized, there's enough flexibility that we haven't had to do a lot of customizations. It's obvious that user experience is important to them- both in the back office for staff and in the online experience for association members. One of the things I like best is that ACGI is the size of company where the principals and senior management team are accessible. They really listen. I also feel like I have a clear line of sight to where ACGI is taking the platform. They look to the future and can adapt their technology to new trends.
