I may be the smallest organization using NOVI AMS but I am their biggest chearleader
I can't recommend NOVI AMS enough. We went from another provider that was unwilling to help us with our issues.
When we onboarded with NOVI, I felt that Lea, became part of our staff and got a crash course in New Jersey and
she was working with us on a daily basis. During our first year, we have had issues, as with all software. The support
isn't instant, but usually within 1-2 hours. When we had a major issue with our email deliveries, I scheduled a call and
met with the CEO and head of development. They spent a lot of time with us and found our issue. Once corrected,
I thought that would be it, But the CEO contacted me back to show way software improvements they are making so
this wouldn't happen to us again, and the rest of their clients. The personal attention is amazing. The software is
constantly being upgraded. Yes, it is more money than some of the other providers. But you get what you pay for
and with NOVI, you definitely get what you pay for!
