NoviAMS just "works" for my association
We moved to NoviAMS last December, changing both our AMS and our web presence at the same time. The move went as well as could be expected for a change of that nature. We were up and running in under a day, and we seamlessly launched the sale of one of our primary products just after the switchover. In the eight-plus months since that time, the direct integration with QuickBooks Online has worked flawlessly, saving us significant time with data entry and financial reconciliations. As well, we've been able to use the simple, reliable web interface to maintain and expand our site. The onboarding that started several months before we launched left us fully prepared to take on day-to-day functions when the new AMS and website went live. Any questions we've had since then have been quickly and completely answered by NoviAMS staff, who make themselves available via the chat lines every work day. We are continuing to broaden and deepen our understanding of the capabilities of the system, and the community that NoviAMS fosters has been helpful in pointing us toward unatpped opportunities. We look forward to growing our assoication's online presence through NoviAMS and its capabilities.
