The transition to iMIS has been great. Having the ability to build relationships with your implementation team so that they really understand your needs and can help problem solve has probably been the best part of our experience. They respect the budget we set forward, and while they educate us about how their other products would help, there is no pressure to purchase anything and stay within the parameters you have set. They have been incredible cheerleaders for our organization and staff throughout this process.

The software itself is great. Our organization has been on the hunt for something that really does it all, and I think we have found it with iMIS. We can manage our memberships, sponsorships, conferences, education, and more all in one space and there is no fear that we will outgrow the software as our Association grows.

Implementation is a bit daunting, but the support you receive from the team helps a lot. It can also be quite technical with queries and reporting, but once you figure it out, it's not so bad. There are a ton of online resources available.

iMIS is helping us to create a ton of efficiencies in our processes that are going to benefit both internal and external members. We have also been able to preserve all of our historical data in the system, which is a huge bonus.
