I am the database manager and was hired to be our company's interface with ACGI. I have found it a good system to work with and would recommend it. My specific thoughts are these: 1. The system has been reliable with very little down time. 2. They have been good about resolving issues, but you need to monitor them so an issue does not get lost in the process. 3. They will do special programming to meet our needs, which is huge for me. 4. Their upgrade process works pretty well. You need to test your special code since there have been times that it did not make it over with the upgrade. 5. They have very little documentation on the system. They use a WIKI, but it is very spotty in the info that is there. 6. They have allowed us to have ODBC access to our tables. This allows us to have access to our data so special reports can be generated.
