Great responsive (data retrieval) platform built on Oracle with various modules allowing for configuration and customization. Implementation is a bit of a challenge if your association project team is not familiar with AMS implementation projects. Having a strong data guru on hand will be very beneficial in understanding the business rules as well. Overall a good product.

Yes, for sure an enterprise implementation is made up of many moving parts and can involve moderate to heavy customer involvement throughout the project, depending on the complexity of the organization's requirements. ACGI tries to set realistic expectations early so that customers can fully understand how to prepare ahead their projects. Understanding your organization's data and processes are key, as many decisions will need to be made and workflows defined. For organizations with few to no resources available for the project, we may recommend working with an industry consultant to represent the customer and help attend to a variety of activities.  Thanks again!
