ACGI Review

We have been using ACGI for many years and are now looking into other AMS options. The reason we are looking into the other options is because we don't feel that with the current setup, ACGI does not support our operation in the most efficient way: Functionality: - Currently our staff uses 3rd part applications for events, surveys and emails. The current features in ACGI give only basic functionality for the above features and as a result both the user experience and customer interaction are less than ideal when using the ACGI features. - The system is not intuitive for a non-technical user. Many time our users find it very hard to find and do things that are considered basic. - Many fields in the UI were not renamed to our industry terms. Member Interaction: - There is no CRM function built into the system - therefore no true view of all the interactions that take place between our customers and the organization. User Interface: - The current UI that was incorporated into ACGI is not user-friendly and not very appealing. - The create new member form is extremely long and complicated - If a mistake was made when entering data the system generates a very technical error message and does not retain the values entered by the user - It can be hard for users to work with a system they donÃt find appealing even if it provides all the functionality they need Customer Service: -We have had many issues with data quality and integrity, and ACGI has not provided solutions to help us become smarter and faster. -ACGI enable us to submit questions but the tool they provided is not geared towards people with no technical skills. The page that needs to be filled is long and usually deter most of our users.
