ACGI's platform is relatively easy and intuitive to use. It's one of the reasons we chose it. ACGI has a very hard-working and knowledgeable staff. They show pride in the product and a desire to improve it. Each year there are changes and improvements to the product that behoove you to upgrade. We are now completing our 4th major upgrade since originally going live on the platform in 2010. Despite the product getting more complex, the upgrade process is streamlined and easier to do. We have bi-weekly scheduled meetings with the CSR team. Also, when we've reached out to ACGI executives, the response has been positive, timely, or helpful. It's great to have that avenue.
