We recently did an upgrade to the latest version of IMIS and have found that most of the OOB iParts do not meet our needs. More frustrating is that they cannot be customized without a lot of time and money. In addition we've found that a few new features are buggy and cannot be fixed without an additional upgrade which we didn't budget for. On the bright side there is a bit more flexibility in how members view their experience.
