We use Aptify for our AMS. It is incredibly difficult to get any information out of the system. It is relatively easy to get information into the system, but if you can't get any reports out, that is a major problem. You need a dedicated Aptify person to help configure the system to work for your needs and you will also need one to help you get reports set up.
