Long term user, customization was critical when the platform was set up. Due to enhancements and improvements over the years this has become a non-issue. Customer support is excellent! As with any software there are challenges in getting staff on board. I've found that it is more of an issue that staff are reluctant to change opposed to user friendliness of software. Highly recommend this as a full service AMS.
