Memberclicks has been a really valuable tool for our organization, and our experience with them has been fantastic, from the smooth and thorough implementation process, to their very responsive, knowledgeable and friendly customer service. I especially like the fact that they have been able to add some really useful new features based on our feedback. The company seems very proactive and has really worked with us to help use Memberclicks to our full advantage, even though we're not their typical client (we have a database of about 80,000 members!) I love the customization that we can do on our end, and using the messaging system to contact our members has been a lifesaver. We would never go back to the previous system we used. I'm so thankful for Memberclicks and I appreciate all the work that they do behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly!
