After using iMIS every day for over 3 years now, it has significantly improved our efficiency and productivity. The out of box package was very easy to implement and integrate with our existing tools. I would recommend it to any organization seeking a versatile and adaptable management tool.

Easy to Navigate - The platform is not only easy to navigate but also quite intuitive.  Less tech-savvy users are able to use it with no issues.

Customization - We can tailor the modules for our own needs and use RiSE to formulate queries to produce reports unique to our organization.

Data Extraction - iMIS provides the ability to customize queries to find the exact info we need and not sift through unnecessary data.

Broad Range of Functions - iMIS covers a wide range of useful features - from membership management to case file management to event planning.  

Support - The Customer support team is always ready to respond to an email or jump on a call.  There is a bit of a learning curve when creating queries and producing reports. However, iMIS has an online training center that can assist with all of that as well.
