Cumbersome and glitchy

iMIS is a nightmare. Its old interface is not user-friendly and I'm often encountering errors that require correction by our IT department. Does not connect with newer third-party platforms like MailChimp, which adds another restriction to our ability to communicate with members effectively. I also went through an entire membership directory update only to find out most of my work was automatically undone by the program because I missed a step that was not at all intuitive. Very, very frustrating.
