I am still new to YM and have had great customer service in each time I have submitted a ticket on how to change or alter something on the back end. However this system is complex and not always user friendly. When updating information or altering the webpage there seems to be several ways to adjust things and they are rarely where you would think they might be as a new user, which has made the learning curve for this platform quite steep. The more I use it the more I learn and look forward to learning more so I better assist my association in its use.
