Customer service beyond belief

Our association was forced to upgrade or change our AMS after nearly 20 years to keep pace with upgrades to Microsoft's PC and network operating systems. We could afford the licensing and support costs of iMIS, so we searched for other options. Initially, we selected Affiniscape, which was the choice of a national committee of executives from similar associations. However, Affiniscape later was acquired by Yourmembership, (YM) and we had to choose between migrating to YM or switching to another AMS. We opted to stick with YM. While we were satisfied with its features, frankly, the pricing incentive offered by YM was the deciding factor. That being said, we are happy with our choice. Our staff finds the cloud-based software to be reliable, quick and relatively easy to use. There is a lot to learn and remember, so it has taken a while to memorize the most common processes, but the overall sentiment of our staff is very positive. The very responsive YM support team made a huge difference. The support has been extensive, especially in regards to customizing YM to our particular needs, and, best if all, the support has been free. YM offers free online training, including live and recorded webinars.(mostly recorded webinars, that are very effective in explaining the various software features.
