This product is very static and difficult to customize. The organization I worked for used it as an online directory. It did not interface well with other software (e.g. Quickbooks) and lacked the flexibility needed to perform routine maintenance (e.g. updating membership records in bulk). I would not recommend this software to any organization that has even marginal expectations for modernizing their current processes.
