I was disappointed with what seemed like a complex software that should handle simple requests - but I couldn't assign members to committees, couldn't assign the financial person to get the dues, find payment info easily, or make quick changes to the website.

There are just too many places to hunt around for memberhsip information. There are just too many sections period.
