I was a pass-through user (running a component chapter of a state society) and therefore was not able to use all of the features of iMIS, but I will say that it was a very easy way for us all to be in one place. With alerts and the ability to assign tasks to one person, she was able to see every time we changed a cell number, etc. The internal communities we developed through iMIS were user-friendly as well. I am not good at high-tech, and endlessly needed help on reports, but that was a user problem, not indicative of the software!
