iMIS back of the house was pretty accessible and reporting dependable. With each new version there is more steep learning curve, reporting is not out of the box, IQA, RISE, communities and modules all require some dedicated time. For staff who just want to run a report it is a challenge. However, I am not sure that there is an AMS providing easy demographic reports, letters to the members, email broadcast to specified constituencies. If there is I am going to use this review system to find it.
