We've used Personify (formerly TIMSS) since 2004. The product continues to evolve for the good. In the early years, upgrades were problematic, but that's not so much an issue these days. With Personify we manage membership, fundraising, meetings, exhibits, subscriptions, advertising, contact tracking, marketing, inventory, and more. Personify (the company) continues to release web controls, which has made online programming much easier. Though there's a learning curve with any AMS system, Personify's documentation has greatly improved over the years and continues to evolve. I don't how Personify compares in pricing with other AMS products, but it's not inexpensive.
