I have been working with iMIS for 12 years. If the system doesn't fit every one of your needs right out of the box, there is a lot of flexibility and there are multiple add-ons to fill any gaps. There is also the ability to create your own processes which makes the system even more user friendly. There is large support system with tech support and the users group. ASI did the original implementation and did a great job of listening to our needs and setting up everything to meet those needs. Great experience.
