This software is highly flexible and can be a very powerful database. However, we have found that nearly everything requires a customization (the "c" word) and thus costs more money. They also expect that users configure and manage the database themselves (with some support) which requires that you have IT staff. I would advise that small staff associations with limited budgets steer clear of this software. We outsource our software support to ACGI since we do not have an in house IT team. There customer service on the software support side is extremely lacking and they have no regard deadlines.
