We are a trade association with membership primarily based on the company level and have found this to be extremely challenging with the way the system was designed. I also think that for an organization of our size we exceed the scope of business operations the system is currently designed to support. We also struggle with the resources available and the lack of effective project management from ACGI. We have been live for almost 6 months and have spent a great deal of time troubleshooting and diagnosing bugs in the system. ACGI will work to fix those bugs, but it causes us to question their method for quality assurance when they release new versions.
