Frustration all around

We have used iMIS for about 12 years starting with version 10 and now using version 15. We have never really been happy with the system, but kept using it because we have invested so much time, money and energy. When upgrades come along, we are convinced this will solve all our problems, but so far, we still continue to be disappointed. We're at the point now of looking at whether we want to upgrade to 20 or go through the painful process of scrapping our investment in this and looking at something else. We are a small staff with no IT support staff in-house and we have come to believe that this product is better suited for larger associations that have the staff time to dedicate to it.
