The AMS landscape is evolving rapidly. With the ever-changing nature of technology, older comments can sometimes provide a skewed view to the person seeking feedback. Archived reviews are more than 60 months old, and aren't counted towards the average five star ratings or percent recommended.

My overall experience with Personify has really been a great one. Having worked with varying AMS programs with past associations, I find Personify to have a great ease of interface and comprehensive possibilities for what an association may want to do. Capturing the data we want to capture seems possible most of the time - and when customization has to happen it can. The downside I would cite is with the reporting on that data. I will acknowledge that a chunk of this has to be due to personalizing the database, but reporting it tough. Of course, one-off reports are exceptions and may not be easy to pull, but as of yet our regular reports take a good amount of time to set up. We are further exploring how to link all our data to hopefully address this problem. All of that said, of the systems out there, I would heartily recommend Personify. Their team is strong, knowledgeable and want to see your organization's success.
