Great customer service but limited membership reporting functionality
We switched to MemberClicks from an older AMS for better technology and greater functionality to serve our members on one platform. The customer service is excellent. The help desk service is professional and prompt. Unfortunately, the membership reporting functinality is limited and the user interface for our members has been less than productive. We have experienced multiple setbacks due to upgrades to the system and the online community platform has been user-friendly or "easy" for our members. No AMS platform is fail proof but I was expecting a more intuitive system and better functionality for our members.
