Great customer service for a product that doesn't work

While MemberClicks has fantastic customer service, the major issue with the software is that it just doesn't work. It is clunky, things are labeled with weird names that don't make sense (for example if you are creating a website page it's called an "article") which makes it difficult to operate. The email communication tool is glitchy and sometimes will send out emails that look messed up for no apparent reason. And sometimes the entire platform freezes and becomes unusable for a whole day, hindering your ability to do your work.
