Memberclicks customer service is great, I've never had issues with any of their reps when I've called or emailed.  They are very knowledgeable. I really wish that Memberclicks would offer more customization and more streamlining within their database.  It's a bit fumbly with functionality and what our Membership Manager needs to manipulate in the system manually seems to be something that can be streamlined rather easily.
