We've been using imis for 13 years and have experienced many ups and downs. Customization is needed to get all the functionality and reports we require but customization for iMIS and the sql database is very expensive. Licensing for iMIS is also very expensive and it doesn't include the many hours of support you will need. After all this cost, our staff is still not satisfied with the limitations. We will not be upgrading to iMIS 20 and will be moving away from the software soon.
