iMIS20 has been very easy to use and integrates well with RiSE (iMIS website). Our Association is small and staff has taken to various views of the AMS well. There is a staff view via web that makes seeking information quick and basic. Back office or Desktop view is primarily what our staff uses. We have had challenges in not being able to fit into the iMIS bubble. Our Association needs are extremely specific and we didn't estimate the amount of add ons purchased, for the original product. If you have to "bend" for iMIS ie. changing working process', be prepared to purchase an add on produt. Be prepared to pay for any tweaks or improvements you need to the system. Prior to migrating to iMIS, also evaluate each departmental needs, from all coworkers/staff.
