Solid product with a great team behind it. Have used their customer support a number of times and they were a valuable resource to the predecessor of my role. The desktop application is not always the most intuitive but with their recent rollout of their browser-based EMS many features have improved. Things do exactly what they say, sometimes to a fault. Backwards support for the desktop+browser setup isn't always there as they push users to upgrade to the purely browser version, meaning some critical features are away. Not really a problem to new organizations looking to use iMIS though.
