I have worked for the State of Texas and the University of Texas using various platforms which I feel gave me the needed experience to judge what is important in an AMS. When I was hired at my current job, I found that they used iMIS. After much research and analyis, I found that iMIS is the best overall system, with many options, features, and support. ASI has continued to impress me with all their work and the newest features I find useful with every update.

IMIS has helped improve staff efficiency has improved greatly by offering online registration which frees up the time that staff would have to manually input each member registration. Accounting is much improved by streamlining credit card payments directly from iMIS. In the past we would have to run a PayPal report and manually enter each payment into iMIS, now with us using the Payflow Pro gateway, payments are automatically entered into the database. Staff can now also save time on sending members invoices and confirmations, the member portal now allows members to print and pay for invoices at their convenience also reducing the number of phone calls.

Members have been greatly satisfied with the ability to have a member profile where they can manage their events and invoices.

Management likes that they have information that is up-to-date and accurate. They use this information to further the mission on the organization. How many times have our consultants visited Loving County? This question is now answerable any time, any place, by all staff using their laptop, cell phone, or tablet! I like that iMIS is the total package!
