The AMS landscape is evolving rapidly. With the ever-changing nature of technology, older comments can sometimes provide a skewed view to the person seeking feedback. Archived reviews are more than 60 months old, and aren't counted towards the average five star ratings or percent recommended.

Times they are a changing, but not iMIS. No one has given them the memo that today's world is about products designed for customers (internal and members). Instead, iMIS still operates using the business model of "you take what we give you and you like it". And god forbid if you do want to customize, you have two options, worse and more worse: (1) spend more on modules; (2) pay an iMIS reseller for a solution that isn't easy to use, often breaks down and does so at $190/hr of your money! And guess what, if the reseller doesn't deliver on time or on budget, too bad for you, since you have no choice but to use an authorized reseller. How about a new world (i.e. what other vendors now offer) where - the platform is updated frequently (at least once a year) and those upgrades are pushed out to customers at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE! - customer service is provided at no additional cost for simple product fixes and solutions. - customer interfaces (both on back end and for members) that actually are easy to use. - you don't need a PHd in AMS systems to operate?
