We have been using iMIS as our CRM for nearly 4 years now. Although we were forced into the move, as our previous CRM provider was ending support of their product. The move to iMIS, after an extensive comparison search, was the best thing we could have done. It was a mammoth project which we only had 3 months from contracts being signed to go live, using Connect Systems to aid our in-house team to develop and customise iMIS, the project went smoothly, on-time and on budget.

iMIS has revolutionised our booking process which was entirely manual, donor tracking and reporting is now easier than ever and the learning portal means all of our staff site users have access to all the online training they will need. 

In the years we've been using iMIS we have never doubted the system and continued to develop it to great meet our needs. We can't recommend it enough.
