The AMS landscape is evolving rapidly. With the ever-changing nature of technology, older comments can sometimes provide a skewed view to the person seeking feedback. Archived reviews are more than 60 months old, and aren't counted towards the average five star ratings or percent recommended.

Have used (2) separate versions of iMIS--15.1 and 20 and 20.1. We needed to upgrade to 20.1 to receive some of the meetings features that were promised would be available in 20, and this was 6 months after upgrading to 20! iMIS isn't a user friendly platform for data retrieval, is not intuitive on how to use (this is my fourth AMS), and requires an extensive knowledge of SQL to be able to correct issues. You need to belong to a separate organization (NiUG) in order to get any real customer support--and this is a community of other users of the AMS. There is an average of (7) to (10) emails per day from other users asking for assistance on various issues they are having and looking for help from other victims.
