IMIS has worked well for our one-employee non-profit to manage our membership, plan and execute event registration and maintain communications. Their customer service is highly responsive and helpful. With the proper assistance and/or training the site can be highly customized on the database side to assist will all sorts of IQAs, integrations and other features.  The public facing website is easy to edit and maintain.
