We have run Imis software over the past 10 years. It is an amazing product but without support and lots of money for customization it might as well be a low end product. We had hoped to remain with them but because of software updates and requirements for our clients hardware systems we were unable to do that. Now looking for other systems that will be robust but not so difficult to use.
